A Short Preview:

“If you don’t have any political opinions, you can take mine!”
~ Edgar Faure

By Vanessa Biard-Schaeffer

In this episode of Via Europa, I decipher the latest European and legislative elections in France.

The French political system is blocked. Macron is slamming on the brakes and suspended the appointment of a Prime Minister for the duration of the Olympic Games. As I write these lines on September 4, France has been without a government for two months. The old one is still in place while having resigned!

Were these elections rigged? Were they honest? Can you rig an election in France? Are we witnessing a repetition for 40 years of the same political formula? Which formula, that is?

Why is Macron waiting, and what is he waiting for?

In this discussion, I also deal with the crazy Olympics parenthesis, which paralyzed Paris for weeks, and decipher the images of the games’ opening ceremony. I conclude with some comments about the mystery surrounding the presidential couple—Emmanuel Macron and Brigitte Trogneux—which Candace Owens advertised on American networks. (She was summarizing the research presented in Faits & Documents, the confidential newsletter talked about by all who count in Paris.)
