  1. (This is not related. Just joined and can’t seem to find another place to ask a question.)

Amid much distress I signed for a HARP loan 10/2010 not realizing the duration was for 40 years. I knew that the interest rate would settle at 4.25 % after 5 years. Our business came back from the brink. We were able to meet our monthly obligations and I didn’t really pay much attention to how slow the principal was reducing for several years. (Just relieved to be making on time payments).

After regaining a good credit score we started the application for refinance in 2020. I am a Christian and had a strange sense of restraint about it which I shared with my husband. He said to continue on and we asked God to stop us if this was not what we should do. All 3 of us immediately got Covid. My husband ended up in ICU with long Covid. We came through that miraculously but I did not revisit the refinance.

    So…I’m wondering/praying WHY.

Our mortgage has been passed around multiple times and is presently with Select Portfolio Services. They have a terrible rating and the best I can tell is from their actions charging exorbitant fees during actual foreclosures.

I’m sure the continued low amount paid to principal each month is due to the length of the mortgage.

Anyway…was there any illegality in the HARP loans (initially financed thru Citigroup) ?

I’m considering hiring an attorney to scrutinize our mortgage history for any wrong-doing.

I suspect this is most likely a matter of ‘let the buyer beware’. It just seems so unfair to have offered such a mortgage to people at times of such duress.

Perhaps our only alternative is to sell.

  2. If the Treaty is passed and the CBDC is in play, will the ”globalists” be able to control and meter out and/or take my funds from my brokerage account, I.e. stocks, bonds, treasuries, as well as the funds in my local bank?I live in Vero Beach Fl.
    respectfully,

  3. I read the book. The Answer by David Icke. Page 529 explains 5g and oxygen depletion.

  4. I live in Southern Ohio and am investigating unregulated energy suppliers. My current rate with AEP is .1132/KwH, and in reviewing the energychoice ohio gov website there are many choices to make which appear to give considerable savings on generation Service. How do I choose the best service, assuming a fixed rate?
