  1. Whew…man, what an M&M to watch!! Links so many items together and reveals that there is the beginning of a real movement at the local level in TN. The whole EMF debate should have ended in the early 2000s…there was waaay too much evidence of the harms of MHz and GHz systems.

  5. The UCC Article 8 is not about commodities and markets per se, but about securities:
    It provides a guide to the current version of Article 8 of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), which governs the ownership and transfer of securities and, to a limited extent, other financial assets. What do you think is going on with Webb being hyper-focused on UCC? Where do you see the rat? I began thinking he was maybe a limited hangout because he was everywhere and now gone! I would love to hear your sense of it. I came to Solari seeking your opinion and you have a whole video on it.

  6. Have you seen the TC +tony robbins interview? Mr. Robbins is promoting private equity investing for the middle class. Bills that would allow you to take a test in congress now would help middle class people usurp the minimum “qualified investor” qualifications. Catherine has spoken about startups, gofundme, etc. as being a way to get people out of the markets and into the new technology sector. Is this another way to pump and dump people out of money (with higher fees!) and also to move money from the dying mega-stocks to the new tech economy?

    1. Have not seen. Will check out. Problem will be the mind control and entrainment applied.

    2. I think the stock market will continue to make monies, they will not let that died. It is up to you to believe in the middle man who ask for high fees. I also believe that, as people become more afraid of losing they will hand their assets to those transfer-ing the wealth.
      All we are seeing is a “controlled exchange of capital from petro to micro-ships.” Old tech to new tech. This is all that is happening for years. And 2020 was a time to push that further. In order for that to happen they have to transfer easily all people’s assets (accounts etc) from physical to digital. Btw — we don’t have control of that process since our Debt is actually unreal and it is never going to be paid. (Actually I think they will continue to increase it or double it) So, they must do the conversion or we will all lose capital.
      Whether the governments in the world have poisoned people or not it is very questionable – what evidences we have as a whole if life expectancy now is much greater than 50 years ago? I think people in the US tend to stress too much because we were told to be always “in control”, accumulate and earn more money, more education, etc. Obesity is also a consequence of habits. Europeans care-less because they are not Americans. Also many people in less industrialized countries have “low expectations”. If expectation increases the reality have to change and that is stressful.
      What I will say is — “no to waste your money in propaganda any more”. I think there is a lot or work to be done.

It was promoted by algo, which probably implies limited hangout. The presenter’s general technique of connecting public information (OSINT) can be useful in multiple contexts.

        Hey Catherine, why is it illegal to churn stocks but no one says anything about churning of Real Estate. All of the foreclosures and RE boom we’re basically churns:
        Couple puts down 20%
        Couple pays interest, primarily
        Couple losses job within 2 years
        Couple losses home to foreclosure
        Bank buys home for tax lien (highest amount I saw when doing my analysis was $7K)
        Bank sells home for slightly below retail to another couple…wash. Rinse. Repeat.

        All while knowing that US Citizens would be outsourced and downsized to foreign labor.

    1. Iran is not capable of agreement with the parasites who have infested the US government and are murdering its citizens. Nor is any other country on earth capable of agreement with those parasites. But Russia and China think Iran is capable of agreement. And many, many others feel Iran is capable of agreement as well. The world is much larger than western propaganda would have you believe. Putin, from interview with Carlson on western propaganda:
      “In the war of propaganda it is very difficult to defeat the United States because the United States controls all the world’s media and many European media,” Putin replied, adding, “The ultimate beneficiary of the biggest European media are American financial institutions.”

Is it possible that the private central bankers of the world are in control of the IMF, BIS, and all G7 governments, and that they, after using the US military to beat other governments into staying in debt to them (or getting in debt to them), are now about to wash their hands the the USA and its military as their enforcer?

Catherine, what UCC amendments have done is clarified that any existing digital currency that exists today, including Bitcoin, can never constitute money or electronic money under the UCC, and instead they could only constitute a controllable electronic record. (This reset the system). The other thing that the amendments did was address electronic money. Electronic money as defined in Article nine, is money, the definition of money, which we know does not include any existing digital currency. It’s money in an electronic form. And what that is getting at is more of a fiat currency that’s in digital form. If you have a government that does create a digital currency and adopts that digital currency as legal tender in its country, then that could be electronic money under the Article 9 of the UCC. And then you have clearer rules in terms of how you perfect your lien in that electronic money. And the rules tell you that you can only perfect your lien in electronic money by control, which is the same rules as determining control for a controllable electronic record.

    The amendments recommend that states adopt the amendments by 2025.

    There is no way out.

    1) Why do you say that the US population have been “poisoned” but Europe/Russian people are not? Where is the source? John said he didn’t know. Vaccination was extremely heavy in Europe. Do you have documentation to backup your statement?

    2) Talking about UCC amendments, all 50 states enacted the “Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) 2022 Amendments” last year, including the new UCC Article 12. The UCC 2022 Amendments introduced significant changes and additions to the existing framework. They established:

    (a) A new asset category called “Controllable Electronic Record” (CER), which includes digital assets with specific characteristics such as cryptocurrencies (e.g., Bitcoin and Ether), NFTs, stablecoins, etc.

    (b) Rules designed to protect good faith purchasers’ of CERs, enabling them to acquire these assets free from competing property claims.

    (c) An exhaustive regime to create and perfect security interest in CERs and asset-specific priority rules.

    In addition, the UCC 2022 Amendments introduce new rules aimed at simplifying the commercial use of electronic documents of title, electronic chattel paper, and electronic negotiable instruments. These reforms are of great importance as they impact the private law regime for the buying and selling of digital assets, as well as their use as collateral.

    The Controllable Electronic Record (CER) is a record stored in an electronic medium that can be subjected to “control”. Assets that could be considered CERs are: “Digital assets with embedded payment rights: These digital assets may include smart contracts or other electronically stored agreements that provide the holder with the right to receive payments.” Ex: contracts from a broker account.

    Seems, the process to digitalized all assets is in motion.

    1. The Europeans were indeed poisoned by the Covid injections. To my knowledge before then the poisoning by vaccines, pharma, food and spraying was much less in European. Simply what I have seen and experienced. Good correction thanks.

    2. There is a new bill proposed in TN to convert the lien records to all electronic. I assume it will make it much easier to grab.

  17. I’m listening to this weeks M&M. A few comments:

    1. Cal Washington (Inpower & was at the Wise Traditions Conference in KC as a speaker) references the UCC often. Someone in his group may be able to help your group Catherine with understanding the UCC and why they might be changing it. That group is a wealth of information.
    2. My son has a brokerage account at Charles Schwab. He received a call from “Charles Schwab 1-800-435-4000”, which is CS actual customer service number, telling my son his account had been hacked again. The customer service person KNEW that my son’s account had been hacked weeks before AND had a list of where my son had used his debit card AFTER he received a new debit card-after the hack. The “CS customer service rep” read every single transaction back to my son over the previous two weeks (after my son had received a new card). (Interesting that CS did not change my son’s account # after the hack….). While on the phone with my son, it appeared this “CS customer service” rep was actually looking at my son’s account. (I was listening to the call on Friday & it seemed like a legit CS customer service person). The “CS customer service” person made an appointment with my son to call him back on Monday morning.

    Monday morning the “CS customer service rep” calls from the number/phone ID: “Charles Schwab 1-800-435-4000”. The “rep” is professional, and starts going through a number of steps for “security reasons”. He kept my son on the phone for 1 hour 45 minutes. When I finally realized this was not “normal”, I decided to directly call CS. From another room I called CS and asked if anyone from CS was actually on the phone with my son. AS SOON AS MY CALL GOT PICKED UP AT CS, the guy my son was talking to KNEW someone from our house had called CS. (We live deep in the woods and I was on a landline.) The “CS rep” my son was talking to yelled at my son to hang up the other phone line, that “I will lose my job”.
    The “CS customer service rep” my son was on the phone with KNEW a call from my landline had come into CS.
    My son got taken for over $40,000 and CS said it was my son’s fault. We have even had someone take my son’s case to the VP of CS (in NY) and that guy said they were not responsible.
    It appears to me that CS’s phone lines and computer system is hacked and I can’t get anyone from CS to investigate who had “touched” my son’s account over the previous 2 months to his account being hacked. Charles Schwab will not investigate my son’s case.
    Not sure what the lesson is….when we actually call CS are we really calling them or has another party intervened their phone & computer system….
    I’m trying to figure out where to move our funds now.
    3.I’m a freelance oncology RN who works with oncology patients around the world. Both vaxed and unvaxed have the turbo cancer. The only link that I can figure out is that the unvaxed have had contact with someone in their life who was vaxed. There also seems to be a link with s-protein load (there is a test for this) DNA, statins and cardiac meds and the edegree of turbo cancer -I’m still collecting data points.
    Also, there are SEVERAL new immunotherapy and chemo drugs that are being used now. The health”care” industry is experimenting on patients. The health “care” industry has changed the protocols so that cx peeps get longer immunotherapy and chemo treatments times verses just cutting the cancer out. There is also a high percentage of oncology MD’s telling pts to NOT take any supplements (I work with fenbendazole, supplements, etc-my pts usually don’t disclose their supplements to MD’s), that the supplements will make it so that the immunotherapy/chemo “won’t work”.
    Lesson: Get off statins, cardiac meds (if possible) and diabetic med (if possible). Detox the s-protein-find a protocol. Get good quality supplements (most supplement companies are owned by pharma). Get ivermectin, and fenbendazole asap and from a good source as “they” are making it harder to get and there are quality issues on what is out there. And don’t fall for all these clinics that for $30,000-$75,000 they can cure your cancer-a lot of MD’s are making $$$$ via fear of death from cx.
    Integrate frequency into your life as certain frequencies kill cancer (look at Royal Rife’s work). Listen to 432 hz and organ music to counter act the EMF’s. The list of what people can do to reduce their cancer load is long, but it takes commitment to change in lifestyle and reducing fear. We are all so powerful!!

    1. What is the test for the spike protein load? How would one ask for it from a medical practitioner? And what is the purpose of fenbendazole? I see it being advertised but not sure what it is supposed to treat. Thanks.

      1. Yes, according to a frontline doctor friend, shedding is very real, and very concerning. I’m trying to figure out how to detect the shedding from people (smell, vibration, changes in biofield, the eye movement, skin color, etc) and what the remedy is….there is always a solution.

      What did CS say this time, when you gave them the name of the person who called your son for 1h45m? Did they confirm that person was a CS employee, or did they disclaim any knowledge of that person/call? The “CS” guy was a con-he did not work for Charles Schwab, but the guy/con had my son’s Charles Schwab info-where my son had used his debit card-at what stores on specific dates, knew my son’s card had been stolen two weeks before-that is how the convo started from the guy/con-“I’m John from Charles Schwab calling about your CS account that was hacked two weeks ago.” Then the guy/con went on to tell my son his account had been hacked again and the guy/con was there to fix my son’s account.
        By the time we figured out what was happening my son had already had the money stolen and there was no more phone calls from the guy/con. Nothing was recorded, just me listening from time to time, and stopping my son to confirm that he was talking to CS-that is how I saw “Charles Schwab….(with the CS phone number-which I looked up)” on my son’s phone.
        Charles Schwab said that they can’t do anything about what number comes through to caller id from a thief. They said they have no control over who uses their name and number for caller ID.

  20. The same Chase fraud happened to me a couple of years ago – a fraud call made from a verified Chase phone number. I realized in the nick of time when the caller said something suspiciously unprofessional. When I alerted Chase they replied there was nothing they could do about it and the onus was on me to identify a fraudulent call. Soon after that I left Chase for a small, local bank.

    1. Very good question. I was assuming he was emphasizing that the people who abrogated the missile agreements are safe, but made sure the Russians were not.

    2. Good point. I would like to see a transcript of what the president actually said, and what the interpreter said to him – in Russian. I can’t imagine that the Kremlin would employ a hack interpreter but meanings do get lost in translation. Much of the interview didn’t make sense to me.

  28. Just retrieved my print copy of the Epoch Times from my mailbox to find on the front page of the op-ed section an article by Jack McPherrin, research editor at Heartland Institute. McPherrin states he has investigated Webb’s claims in The Great Taking and found them to be true, echoing that the solution is to change UCC code back to what it was 3 decades ago before the “too big to fail” crowd forced through changes that made the Taking possible. (Apparently, South Dakota has legislation in the making to do that.) Heartland is a conservative think tank/educational institute. Don’t see any ties to Glenn Beck on their website, other than some of their members have shown up on his program in the past. Personally, when I feel into Webb, there’s something there that feels off, but that just could be some bias on my part. As for reading the UCC, I tried that over 30 years ago when I had a copy in my office (was in commercial banking); couldn’t make heads or tails of it then, can’t imagine it would go any better now,

    And kudos for the Dana White nod as hero of the week. My son is into MMA and is quite amused by his antics. Told me the story of how when Peloton, maker of stationary bikes, wanted ads pulled from Theo Von’s podcast when RFK Jr. was appearing on it, White responded, “Peloton, what do they sell stationary bikes? Peloton, sells stationary bikes and they have a problem with Robert f****** Kennedy. F*** you, Peloton.” He evidently did get rid of all the Peloton bikes in his gyms, lol.     2. As I mentioned in my earlier post I am beginning to wonder if David Webb is a “limited hangout”. He was everywhere for 6 months or so then just gone. I came on Solari to see if Catherine had an opinion and I found she and John Titus had a whole video. I am very interested in her observations on this. He is saying some very scary stuff and seems very well versed and experienced but so is Catherine and he does leave questions unanswered; makes leaps and that could be because he has so much knowledge but Catherine said she smells a rat and I really wonder what could be going on vis a vis UCC and why Webb is so focused on it as the culprit.

    Dear Ben Orzeske, (He’s both a staffer and a Staff Liaison for the bloated Permanent Editorial Board)

    Deep sigh. I am a taxpayer like you. Both of us pay, in part, for any public funding ULC receives.  Does ULC receive funding from it’s member states or the federal government?  

    Even the website name is offensive to me, because it is NOT the role of the UCC to create laws – it’s only responsibility is the Uniform Commercial Code itself which is only a guideline not a law.  I do not want ULC writing draft legislation. Creating legislation (like the American Legislative Exchange Council debacle) is not within the UCC’s original purview.

    Since the 1990’s when I worked in DC for a few years, I have understood that the UCC is a GUIDELINE to foster voluntary compliance for transactional commerce only across state lines. With that said, the word “law” does not belong anywhere in relation to the UCC, it’s maintenance organization, etc. We need to return the Uniform Commercial Code to a simpler time and I am going to help the UCC Commission do it.

    Today, the UCC Commission appears to have morphed into a much larger, bloated, quasi-governmental organization. It is generating boilerplate for soft law and legislation by un-elected “legal experts.” 

    It also appears to have embedded itself in each state government and with specific legal industry organizations (ALI, ABA, etc.) I actually find it appalling that you are directing me to my own state to see what is supposed to be the National Uniform Commercial Code. If the output from ULC has been tailored to each state – doesn’t that defeat the entire purpose of the UCC?

    We need to return to a simpler time and I am going to help the UCC Commission do it. On Saturday, I am going to meet briefly with NC Lt Governor Mark Robinson at a rally for his campaign to become NC Governor. I will present him with a scope for dismantling North Carolina’s connection (whatever it turns out to be) to ULC. My primary point will be that ULC has failed to provide an accessible national version of the current UC Code on-line for taxpayers and others to reference. These regulations are now impinging on our daily lives and it is high time for taxpayers to have a say in what the ULC is doing.

    How does that saying go? If you aren’t at the table, you’re the meal. We are fed up with being eaten. And please don’t suggest that I go through my state representatives – they are overwhelmed and intensely ignorant of most of the issues we face today. They are guilty of epic fails on protecting our health, our wealth and our futures.

    The days of selling expensive books only to those who can afford them are over.  There are 65,000 laws and regulations in this country (Read:  Fruit of A Poisonous Tree by Melvin Stamper). ULC in it’s current configuration is now a big part of the problem. Taxpayers are done with all of this soft law and agency regulatory changes without our input or consent through congress or in any other way. Regulations.gov is so corrupted as to not really be worth mentioning.

    The ULC is part of the regulatory machine that has destroyed taxpayer faith in US governance. It is time to restore ULC to an independent, intelligent, taxpayer friendly, and responsive organization.

    1. JJ has been doing deep dives into the whole COVID scamdemic. He has also re-assessed his position on the whole “lab-leak” hypothesis (he was a major proponent of it) until he analyzed data on the number of new variants of the SARs-2 virus.   33. If we can still believe Seymour Hersh, in Feb 2023 his contacts in US intelligence told him that Zelensky was selling the donated US weapons on the Dark Web. In addition, his personal wealth was estimated at $400 million and he had skimmed $220 million from diesel fuel purchases with US funding.

    The worst part of the whole SH data dump was that the diesel fuel Zelensky was purchasing were supposed to be coming from Russia!!

    All of this was a redux of journalist Anna Politkovskaya’s (RIP) reporting on the Georgia/Chechnya/Ingushetia conflict – these ‘wars’ are just giant financial expropriations of wealth from the people through vicious gang extortion reporting to Putin’s graft machine.

  34. The “Health & Freedom” Movement is greatly compromised.Many popular personalities are associated with the Wellness Co. It seems at best they are unloading old supplement/medications for pharma. Sadly, they are tied to the UN, Blackwater, nanotech, curious dealings in the Caribbean and more.They may have some good info/good guests, but it is unlikely they are telling the whole truth/are greatly censored.Many personalities have been made aware of these issues and just double down/do nothing.

    Wholly untrue. Sputnik V, an Astra Zeneca knock-off, was mandated throughout the country and many took the jab. Many Russians died and many more have been injured. RU has no VAERS equivalent so this is difficult to prove, but yeah, Russians were harmed too. Riley Waggaman, an American living in Russia, has been reporting on this since the beginning.     This is not to say that their food supply has been poisoned as has ours. I don’t have hard info about this. Perhaps they have escaped the worst the west has to offer.

    BTW, the Russian economy ain’t doing all that well for the average Ivan or Natasha. I have a friend who lives and works in their Detroit. The oligarchs at the top are doing well. Ordinary peeps, not so much.

    These paragraphs clearly spell out Webb’s clarion call about the legal framework that’s already in place to take all securities in times of bankruptcy. 8-511(b) basically says that if you don’t hold it, then you don’t own it. If you hold the security certificate, then you actually own it; otherwise, you are an entitlement holder, with no rights to the security in case of a holding company bankruptcy.
    8-511(c) specifically details out the hierarchy of creditors to be reimbursed in a clearing company’s bankruptcy: the claim of the creditor to the clearing company has priority over the claims of entitlement holders.

      1. I believe in getting out of Mr. Global’s plunder economy stocks and getting into good stocks of companies that are very productive. All asset classes now range from those aspects which aid Mr. Global’s control and those that diversify away from Mr. Global.   37. Also, on the turbo cancer. It is difficult to get this in the US but easier to get in the UK as their NHS keeps good statistics.

    Here is a recent article from the Guardian – 7.6 million people awaiting treatments out of a population of about 56 million (this is just England and not all of the UK) – so about 13.5% of England’s population is currently awaiting treatment. The graph in the middle of the article does not bode well.

    But i can say this graph is likely fudged to seem better than the reality. I went to a small healthcare conference in London at the end of 2021 led by Ed Jones, who served as a policy advisor to the UK’s Health Secretary. At that time, they were discussing how the treatment backlog had a few dozen people waiting over 1 year prior to COVID-19, and this had grown to 2 years after the jab rollout. This was before anyone had heard of turbocancer, but doctors attending said they were seeing people show up with stage 3-4 cancer, and they had never seen this. Also that the backlog was going down sometimes because people simply died before they were ever treated.

    Also, if you start looking at the backlog reports by the NHS, it has some cancer data as well – the bar is pretty low. The NHS basically has only a 75% bar to let people know if they have cancer after four weeks, and they don’t even hit that bar, so how much is not even making it in? Then, the wait times and backlog show a whole system collapsing under a huge increase in sickness.

    One also has to wonder how many people are dying before the 4 weeks of getting tested. These stats all mention the referrals are urgent.

    Also of note – the UK has been very slow to release Cancer data since the jab rollout. Only preliminary data for 2021 is available. They release all kinds of other stuff right away.

  38. Regarding the China CBDC. I think you saw it for what it was: a complete bit of theatre. Of course, this was done with the UAE, which, if you visit and walk around, you realize most of the big buildings in Dubai are empty.

    I was on a VIP tour of Beijing’s top companies care of London Business School in 2019. They all have Disneyland-style shows set up on their ground floor, but none had real tech to show. Microsoft was the only company that wowed some people.

    However, we did visit the Tencent Beijing headquarters on that trip. They were trying to brag and convince us that they had created a fully digital currency with WeChat pay. However, we had several London bankers who then proceeded to ask questions about how the payments were settled, especially with other banks. They ended up admitting that it was just an account with a debit card, exactly like Apple Pay. They also ended up admitting that the China central bank had realized they were keeping a float and then forced all transactions to settle at the central bank at the end of each day.

    If they actually had a working system, wouldn’t it be more than a single big transaction? Or kick-off to a market clearing in the new currency?

    About a month ago, I received a call that appeared to be from my local credit union and the caller told me he needed my bank info due to a “few odd charges of $10,000 and $4350” and they “wanted to check if they are mine or not”. At first the guy sounded legit, until he 1) used a lot of slang in his sentences, like a teenager would and 2) he asked for my bank account information “so he can confirm my identity”. He didn’t sound like the typical men that work at my bank (I know almost all of them). I asked him what branch he was from and asked who his manager was, he got nervous. Then I told him, “my bank account number is…” (with long pauses in between each digit): 1… 2… 3… 4…5…This made him very angry and he called me a b-word and hung up the phone. lol

    I immediately called my bank and they took it very seriously and wanted to know all the details. I had a follow up from the fraud department, even though I didn’t give them any details about my account. The fraud guy told me that our bank will only contact me when they suspect fraud on my account but will never ask for any bank account information. He said to always personally check on your account, daily at least, to keep up with what is coming out of my account. I made sure to tell him about Financial Transaction Freedom and sent him the PDF’s for his Reps and a link to Solari.

    Anyway, it was scary to think that these guys can fool people, I don’t trust anyone, so I never give info over the phone. I walk into the branch for important stuff.
    I have warned my older sister who is mentally challenged and could be fooled into giving up her information out of fear easier than most. My bank told me that my sissy can call the branch line anytime she has questions that they will explain everything, no matter how long that may take. ; )

    I have always wondered how extra fabulous the world would be if the criminals would use their ‘talents’ for good instead of evil. Sigh.

    Our former federal Justice Minister and Attorney General David Lametti is being taken to court to stop him from deleting his Tweets during the Truckers’ Convoy. He resigned the day after the Federal Court ruled the invocation of the Emergencies Act was unconstitutional.

    Guess what the judge said when it was brought to his attention that the former minister was still in contact with his former staff and was instructing them which Direct Messages to delete? As an honourable Minister, as a lawyer, and as an officer of the court, that we should rely on David Lametti’s honour to not destroy evidence.

    1. I would check out resources and footnotes in our Space Based Economy wrap up in 2017. The OECD does a good job of tracking space and satellite data. I would also check out the American Federation of Scientist website https://fas.org/ I have on occasion gotten good satellite data from them. Both Snowden and Binney’s work are helpful in understanding the impact. Space X has been instrumental in getting a large network launched so I would familiarize yourself with its Starlink system.
