    Where do I find the information to send to my State AG, (WV specifically, Patrick Morrisey and State Treasurer and Treasurer Riley Moore) about setting up a State Sovereign Bank and escrow account for holding Federal income tax paid by the WV residents? Is Suing the Federal government for treason a prerequisite for this?
    I’ve search the Solari Site and cannot find documents to assist with this.

    I have a chance to present this information to a willing ear here though a chance personal relationship with both the Treasurer and the AG (who happens to be running for governor in the upcoming race -ugh). I’ve been following the Solari site Catherine for a while. Thanks for any help you can send. I’ve mentioned these ideas in conversation and they were very receptive.
    Any documentation of these ideas and ways to proceed are very appreciated.

        Been working on the county sheriff, he’s a stooge for the current governor, who lives down the street. IMHO a captive due to his upside down personal finances. He’s having to spend most of his time peeing on the fires he’s igniting, sheriff is too busy assisting with this, but he’s a ‘good ‘ol boy and I sense he’d love to ‘do the right thing’ for the peeps of our county.
        Governor is running for US senate, still towing the narrative for the feds on the whole Plandemic nonsense to obtain and use federal $’s, some of which seems to mix in to put out his personal poo piles. He also is owner of the Greenbrier Hotel/resort where I lease my gallery space. I’ve become good friends with the gals in the accounting office for the hotel, one of which just retired and could ‘lighten her load’ with me over tea. My thoughts confirmed that he uses the Hotel cash flow to extinguish fires in his other many businesses .
        One can’t make this stuff up ?.
