Thanatos, meaning “death” in Greek, is a 2019 documentary directed by Pierre Barnérias and produced by his company Tprod.
In 2020, Barnérias directed the courageous documentary Hold-Up, which gave early voice to many of the French doctors, scientists, and commentators asking essential questions about the use of pandemic laws and restrictions to centralize ownership and control.
The topic of Thanatos is very different and won’t leave you indifferent. Looking into a question as old as the world, the film documents the experiences of people who have experienced death and then returned. “There is nothing to fear about death” is the message from those interviewees. They returned transformed, with a new understanding of reality and appreciation for life.
A huge thank you to Pierre Barnérias for making the English version of Thanatos available to Solari subscribers and our full audience!
Pierre and his production company Tprod are dedicated to inspiring people to create a loving and enlightened civilization, a world where we live in harmony with ourselves, others, nature, and life. The success of his documentary films is evidence that truth is powerful and can support our hearts and imagination in a dark time. We encourage you to explore his work and to spread the word.

It is, I believe, part of God’s plan to point us inward and to the eternal, in the crucible of these times. It is the reason that I wrote my own story of dying and my experience of the other side. Further, it is why I wrote about how to re-unite with heaven while still in a body. If you would like to know a bit more about this, here is a link to a video my publisher made about my book:

Dear Catherine
Solari is a bit like Williams Blake’s seeing the universe in a grain of sand. You keep taking me to many new and surprising and to me heretofore unknown or unexplored places.
I have a few questions:
What is the name and location of the magical place in Brittany which is mentioned at the end of the video?
Are animals a part of this universal consciousness?
Several people in the video reported their souls having left their bodies through their skulls. Could there be a connexion between this phenomenon and the custom that religious Jewish men have of wearing a small skull-cap?
Such a beautiful, hopeful, inspiring documentary, many thanks for making it available. Xxx
“Loading me up with Love, so I could continue to help…”
What a beautiful film. So important at this time when many die unprepared.
Thank you for making this available to subscribers. I always learn a lot from others’ Near Death Experiences.
One of my favourite books about NDE is the one by George Ritchie. And as far as I know it’s the “first” book about it.

Another really really good one for me is Howard Storm’s book:

Both are mentioned in the film.
