      Tried to listen. Presenter is not specific about who’s who – just uses generic categories. Too conceptual for me.

  2. Interesting- the Saker mentioned that the Russian PM (Kerensky?) in the early 20th C. tabled a motion for the Duma to denounce political violence, and that they refused!

  3. Thank you, Catherine. Great interview and insight into Russia and its role in the geopolitical sphere. One comment and question: How many countries are truly agreement-capable? The US certainly is not, and neither is China (e.g. Hong Kong).

    Governments and organizations/corporations are only agreement-capable when they are forced to be, isn’t that right? Or am I misinterpreting your meaning of “agreement-capable”?

    1. Effective governments are agreement capable. Without agreements, no civilization.
