“You shall no longer take things at second or third hand, not look through the eyes of the dead, nor feed on the spectres in books. You shall not look through my eyes either, nor take things from me, you shall listen to all sides and filter them from yourself.” ~ Walt Whitman, Song of Myself

As you listen, check out the News Trends & Stories section of the 2018 Annual Wrap Up web presentation, including our complete trends list, our choices for top news videos of the year, the Trump Report Card and our headlines for each of the top stories.
In the third week of January, I will cover equity and financial markets and publish the first Blockbuster Chartology from Rambus for 2019.
In the final week I will address our 2018 Annual Wrap Up theme: The Real Game of Missing Money. We have heard a great deal of discussion in 2018 about the $21 trillion in money missing from the federal government between federal fiscal 1998-2015. The discussion got so serious that the US government decided to institute a policy authorizing secret books through an obscure accounting mechanism, FASAB 56.
Given the role of the US government as the largest issuer and/or insurer of sovereign bonds, mortgage securities and bank deposits, and given its powers to grant corporations the authority also to maintain secret books, the result has been in effect to take large portions of the US stock and bond markets dark. This change has profound implications for global investors and financial markets. It also has profound implications for the extent to which secret mercenary armies can and will be used domestically and globally to generate assets and profits for US corporations and related campaign contributions.
The time has come to provide subscribers with an updated overview of what has happened and what it means in the year ahead.
In Let’s Go to the Movies, I will review one of the runner ups for the Solari Report Top Documentary of 2018, California Typewriter. Thank you to the wonderful subscribers who sent this documentary and a related book. I have my new manual typewriter and am looking forward to doing more manually in 2019.
In Money & Markets this week I will discuss the latest in financial and geopolitical news. E-mail your questions for Ask Catherine or post at the Money & Markets commentary here.
Talk to you Thursday!

I just watched VICE on your recommendation. I didn’t like it as much as you, although I’m glad it got made anyway. I can’t quite put my finger on why the film annoyed me so much, and let me tell you, Cheney and Bush drove me absolutely crazy for those long eight years. I even recorded a CD called “Rise and Fight” with some friends in 2003 just to let off some steam; the title song was basically a call to revolution over the criminal lawlessness of that administration.
I do agree, however, that Bale’s performance was laudable; it was uncanny how close he got to the speech, body movements, etc. of the Big Dick. The supporting cast was more than competent as well. I actually liked Sam Rockwell’s W more than Josh Brolin’s, although regrettably, Rockwell didn’t get many scenes.
VICE needed a little bit more “Dr. Strangelove” in it, I guess; that bit where they let the credits roll early, as well as the framing device with the anonymous narrator was way too precious for my taste. I think they tried to have it both ways with the comedy/docudrama split, and ended up going on too long. Nevertheless, ANY light shined on that rat bastard is better than none.
If Dr. Farrell is correct about his insistence that there are going to have to be some arrests this year (and anyone who has heard his post-2016 election discussion knows how prescient this man can be), then perhaps VICE will have played at least a minor role in Cheney being outfitted for an orange jumpsuit.
One of the things that contributed to the weirdness is that they needed plausible deniability for many of the accusations that they made. Clever, but difficult for the viewer who does not get the insight joke. This was a surprising amount of accountability for Hollywood.
Catherine, the Sept 13-15 Conference is being held in Branson, MO.
Permit me to put my two cents, maybe 3 cents, on the Conference you and your European friends are planning. If the subject is going to be UFO/Space/off planet/interdimensional/underground subjects can I suggest also covering the antediluvian period of earth that took place globally?
To know current history it helps to know ancient history as many UFO conferences & seminars take a “looking thru a straw” approach starting at 1947. It seems more and more extremely ancient stone buildings are being found that cannot be duplicate with modern day know how. From the structures at Puma Punku, the towers on Sardinia, and the cave complexes in Turkey.
Probably most of your members know the story surrounding Genesis 6 on divine beings mating with human women and that 1 Enoch expands on that story. There are other culture stories that have parallel theme even the Mesopotamian religion where the apkallu were creatures endowed with great wisdom that they shared with humankind. The Mesopotamian literature presents the apkallu as culture heroes who brought the arts of civilization to the land.
There seems to be speculation that the scribes during the Second Temple period knew of this story to support the Genesis 6 story of the Nephilim were the apkallu.
Early historians, Justin Martyr, Irenaeus, Tertullian & Origen all support 1 Enoch story of the mixing of divine with humankind.
It seems that long ago there was a visitation(s) of an intelligent beings that shared knowledge with earth humans, however some of that knowledge caused conflict amongst the humans. The Watchers gave humans knowledge ranging from making weapons to spells & magic. My point is this happening today? Are we being given knowledge to the advancement of humans or enslavement of humans? Is man better off since 1947?
I like to know more about the military exercises fighting underground. I wonder if the 70 generations has expired for the Watchers.
Catherine, you mentioned Sun Tzu and “The Art of War”. IMO if a person wants to understand Donald Trump, just read the art of war. Do you remember in the car I told you “he was a trapper”. President Trump does not waste his energy following his prey, he simply sets up camp at a spot where he knows his prey his headed and springs his trap. The name Sun Tzu is probably made up as the book probably was written by a Jesuit in the late 1700’s.
Okay, that is my 2 cents
Bob
Catherine often talks about the harvesting of the public through the financial markets and banks. While we can generally apprehend the concept, the first book I have read in the New year is “The Fruits of Graft: Great Depressions Then and Now” by Wayne Jett, who has been a guest on Sarah Westall. Chapter 13 makes clear how the middle class (outsiders, vs. the elite, who are the insiders) gets whipsawn (as hard money advocate Howard Ruff used to say) by monetary policy. You are frequently stuck with holding depreciating cash during inflation or paying back debt with expensive cash during times of deflation. Truthfully, a so-called stable dollar really means low, but slight inflation, which is more or less manageable by the government and the public. Bad government decisions on tariffs (economic war) and war proper result in vicious swings in the value of the currency and those in a position to know ahead of time reap the harvest, while the rest ARE the harvest. It’s at least useful to understand the basic mechanics of it.
Recommended reading, however, it is currently out of print. A Kindle Edition is available. https://www.amazon.com/Fruits-Graft-Great-Depressions-Then/dp/0615458890
You and Joseph never fail to disappoint.
Got a few comments. I agree the Moon is probably artificial and probably was placed there by intelligence. When I was a young person (long time go) I remember looking at a picture of the planet Saturn and thinking “Gee that looks like a giant 45 record with individual rings”. Many years later and now having a computer I came across a website about Saturn giving off strange sounds that reached Earth. What in the world is this about and are the sounds helping or harming those that live on Earth? I have no idea but I now know that for some reason the planet Saturn seems to have an occult value to some societies. Got to admit, Saturn is kinda strange with it’s rings and the cube shape on one of the poles plus Norman Bergrun has an interesting take on the planet. Now, if our moon was intentionally place at 230,000 miles away does it have a connection with the sound vibrations produced by Saturn? Is the moon an amplifier of the sound to be directed on Earth? If so, is this form of mind control by some intelligent civilization that has been going on for thousand of years? Yes, I’m out on the branches and just having some fun. But to support you and Joseph theory about the Moon I will include a website stating that the Moon vibrates. https://www.popsci.com/does-moon-sound-like-bell
Here is another observation about rings and a cube on Earth. The annual Islamic pilgrimage, The Hajj, has a cube shape building with people circulating around the cube.
Also I agree about the Trump election that something happen to turn the tide to Donald Trump, It could have been the Weiner laptop, but if you watched the returns coming in, something strange took place around 12:30AM central time as for about a half hour everything stopped. There were no returns being reported, even Kelley (the $69 million lady) went to the large room where all the people fielding the communications for the voting return for the different States showing no phone activity, and this lasted for about 30 minutes.
If your European friends are planning a conference in fall 2019 please know there is a conference that Steve Quayle & Tim Alberino are putting on, I think Rich Dolan will be there. The dates are September 13, 2019 to September 15, 2019, try to avoid those dates would be appreciated.
Thanks, Bob! I sent them a reminder. Appreciated.
Once again, thank you Catherine and Joseph for sharing your enlightening conversations. On the subject of the conundrum of Bayer’s purchase of Monsanto, I listened most recently to an interview with Dr. Zach Bush who had some interesting points to make on this issue. The short form is that Bayer has formulated a nextgen of glyphosate which they call “Liberty Link”. This latest GMO monstrosity is already being planted in the Midwest. Dr. Bush is a triple board certified MD as well as scientific researcher working with soil scientists and in addition has a clinic in Virginia where he practices nutritive and holistic medicine. He is extremely well informed about issues on our food supply and works with a national group of farmers on soil regeneration. He stated that Monsanto sold to Bayer for a very low price all things considered. He believes that monies for legal settlements was factored into the sale price and that now Bayer has cornered the market on GMO with the Liberty Link product, just as farmers and populace are waking up to the severe downsides, health and monetary of the Roundup Ready and glyphosate product. The interview which I am linking, is, to me, one of the most sobering and yet one of the most inspiring I have ever heard. I urge anyone so inclined to devote the time to listen to it as we are at such a critical juncture in planetary history. According to Dr. Bush, a species is going extinct every 20 minutes. We are losing our biodiversity. But there is tremendous hope and resilience to the human spirit. Give it a listen if you get a chance. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X3aOQ0N74PI&t=7s It is called Food Independence and Planetary Evolution Zach Bush. It is truly Food for the Soul….
Yes, Bush is great. Everytime I think I know how bad Glyphosate is, I find out some new horrible thing. I thought it was enough to wash new cotton goods once. Wrong. Ugh.
I think he has been taken in to some degree by the greenhouse gases scam. But I do think he is on target regarding the Monsanto/Bayer issue. We will probably see glyphosate go down as we are already seeing in France. Costco is stopping sales of Roundup and any herbicide containing glyphosate. But as he says, they saw this coming and have their plan in place with Liberty Link (even the name is a propaganda tool). As glyphosate derails the cell functions that utilize glycine, Liberty Link will target glutamine and Bayer marches on.
I find if you don’t map out the financial ecosystem, it is surprisingly easy to get tricked. Hard to imagine the mind-bending difference between reality and official reality. I have so much exposure to the reality side as a child that I am somewhat protected from that trap. Hard for people who grew up entirely in the official reality to fathom what is really going on behind the curtain.
As many of your readers attest to, Catherine, ..they are getting sick more often with low grade infections, my self included. Sinus headaches, flu symptoms,…. but nothing that one can put a reason to..it hangs on forever, it seems. I truly believe that “chemtrails” and weather manipulation is the reason, especially here in California. Ted Gunderson, who worked with the FBI for many years; has websites where he talks about this being done as early as the 1970s, out of Oklahoma and the Midwest. His family said that he died in 2011 from poisoning, and it is still being investigated by them. He turned against the government, when they denied this, and became an advocate for transparency. I met Mr. Gunderson during the McMartin Preschool investigation (pedophilia) in the 1980s; which he worked on, among many other assignments. His commentary is online and U-Tube, if you and your Solari readers are interested in seeing and hearing his views. Thanks again for bringing this all to light.
Lauren:
Yes, I am convinced that there is a significant environmental phenomenon happening and the spraying is a big part. California seems to be getting his particularly hard by the spraying over the last few years.
The orbital position of the moon is not evidence that it is “artificial” or a means of control.
Dr. Farrell: “Do the celestial mechanics folks!”
Could physics be stranger than “high octane speculation”?
I would also disagree that shunning is a good idea, although I admit it is an appealing weapon. This generation coming up would love to shun you for supporting the 2nd Amendment.
The FASAB rule 56 is a ground shaking revelation, and not a word anywhere(!)…except on the solari report.
You are absolutely right that Mr. Global has caught on to the power of propaganda, entrainment combined with boycott as a way of weaponizing you people. I would encourage you to read the Evolution of Cooperation by Axelrod. That is what persuaded me of the importance of shunning. But your point is VERY well taken.
Yes, Rule 56 is groundbreaking. They are trying to piratize with backdoor policies through administrative policies. It is the new “Just do it” fashion.
As for the Moon being anything other than what it is … it being artificial IS a BIG pill to swallow. However given the number of BIG pills that are, in fact, FACTS … I’m open minded. The late (and great) Jim Marrs has some interesting ideas on this topic, too.
As for shunning – it’s a great idea! These leaders run on approval and admiration from the unwashed masses. AND their anointed positions are backed up by them having the best of everything – best retirement, best health insurance, exclusion from insider trading laws, exclusion from the rule of law, Red Carpets everywhere, favorable and slanted (fake) news coverage and selective media adornment. Oh and they can kill with impunity & immunity. It’s all total BS designed to strengthen the State (aka Mr Global). Now IMAGINE a world where they are exposed for the horrific and perp-walked to prison. Interesting idea …. The American Revolution was that we didn’t need to be ruled by Royalty or leaders chosen by God. The A R was that We The People were capable of ruling ourselves. Unfortunately, we’ve come a long way since then ….
BTW, people were no banished or killed in ancient days. They were shunned, which was considered far worse.
You might want to read Ingo Swann on the Moon and all other topics.
In story #15, I believe, you and Joseph alluded to a book that makes a good case for weather modification going back to the 50’s. I would urge you to take a look at Jim Lee’s website http://www.weathermodificationhistory.com as he and Dominic (last name escapes me) document beyond any shadow of doubt, modification going back much earlier than the 50’s and they document their findings with photocopies of newspaper and other articles of the times. Most enlightening. They include an interactive timeline. It’s truly a tour d’ force.
Wow. What a resource. Will post. THANKS. I have been reading up on the Air Ships mystery. Amazing how much of our history is not history, but a memory wipe.
I always say this, but one of your best… Joseph: “The looking for (i.e. the search) is the good, itself.” I could not agree more. I am always talking about Eternity, and my belief is that if you aren’t talking about Eternity, you aren’t talking about anything. All is whole in Eternity. Here in time, we are and have but fragments. The fragments are the fabric of experience, which is only in time, where one thing follows another. You have to live it to have it. All the fool things we see and stare at in disbelief, all these Deep State antics are comical attempts to jump the very thing we are here for. And the jumping only lands one at another place in time.
Man’s impatience is his original sin, in the opinion of this sinner.
Yuck. I hate seeing that pedophile’s face on this page.
I have heard those allegations but have not been able to confirm. If I had, I would not have used.
Dear Catherine,
You mentioned that your typewriter arrived but after a very long wait. Do you know of a good source to buy a typewriter? I think I would love one. Something has always puzzled me… typewriters did not cause carpal tunnel syndrome yet it is a rampant condition in computer keyboard use.
Thank you for all you do and have a wonderful 2019. I feel it will be awesome!
Not sure where you are, but I would start at the store in the documentary this week – California Typewriter. https://www.californiatypewriter.com/ They sell by phone and by website I believe.
Thank you. Will check it out.
Catherine,
Is what we are watching actually a struggle between the parties regarding the border wall real or is this simply theatrics?
What separates the billionaires backing trump (http://fortune.com/2016/08/03/trump-billionaire-backers-list/) vs the factions backing Hillary?
I read somewhere that it’s a Money Cartel w/ some morals(repub) vs Drug/human Traffic/Control Cartel
Any thoughts?
This is primarily about which factions control the overt flow and covert flows back and forth across the border and how much goes through Texas (Bush faction) and how much goes through California and the other states. This is also about what is the most effective economic way to institute border control as well as whether or not Trump will be allowed to have a political win at a time when the Democrats want to try to impeach. The weaker Trump can be made, the more the Democrats can command their constituencies and protect against a variety of attacks. The best defense is a good offense.
