2. Drink deterium depleted water

4. Use hard wire to access Internet
5. Leave smart phone in the car – don’t bring in the house
6. Eat as healthy as possible
7. Go to bed early – get up early – decrease amount of artificial light.

Hoping to get more “practical” information on this and other EMF issues. I already have and am slowly reading Jason’s book In the Dark, but I recall you saying that he is opening some retail website where people can buy various items soon? Do you have any information or update on this?
Personally, I live in a building with wifi on 24/7. I have been looking for a bed canopy, but it’s tough to find one that I am confident is worth its value. Moreover, apparently none can be guaranteed to protect from 5G at this point, since 5G is still so new. Any suggestions?
And I, along with others, hope you will focus an issue on 5G, sooner rather than later. Thanks!

Thanks Catherine. Will look into all of your suggestions and two links. However, I live in an apartment building that provides 24/7 wi-fi access/transmission, whether I like it or not, so #4 is not an option until I move again, hence the need for a bed-shielding canopy. Any recommendations?
As for 1, 6, and 7, they have been a part of my routine for some time now.

Dr. Klinghart has lauched a new course on EMF Radiation. See if it looks interesting – we have a link in Food and Health, but you can pick up on a search for sure. I would see what he recommends.
