It cannot be too strongly emphasized that this is a radical agenda designed to control not just the land, but all human activity, as well.

By Catherine Austin Fitts

This week, Dutch investigative journalist Elze van Hamelen returns to the Solari Report to discuss the theme for our 2nd Quarter 2023 Wrap Up: Dutch Farmers and Fishermen: Local Heroes in the Global War on Our Food and Property Rights.

Protests by farmers in the Netherlands—still ongoing—made international news in 2022 when the Dutch government stepped up its plans to move farmers off the land. Dutch fishermen, too, are being driven out of their centuries-old fishing grounds. The sly cover story for this accelerating land and sea grab is “protection” and “restoration” of nature, with farmers and fishermen cast as the bad guys.

Earlier this year, Elze conducted in-person interviews with Dutch farmers and fishermen and also studied the international treaties and agreements that have been steadily laying the train tracks for centralized control of food production and land use. Her written report (available at the Wrap Up web presentation when this interview publishes) masterfully integrates her on-the-ground findings with what she learned from diving into the superficially innocent but ultimately sinister “pretzel talk” disseminated in government, UN, and non-governmental organization (NGO) documents—all pointing in the direction of a stealth attack on national sovereignty and an unambiguous agenda to destroy property rights.

It is no accident that the tsunami of policies being directed against farmers and fishermen coincides with the food industry’s tsunami of investments in fake foods, and Elze’s blockbuster “Pharma Food” report in the 2022 Annual Wrap Up makes for essential companion reading. Understanding these dual threats—the centralization of food production and the degradation of food quality—will surely motivate you to do everything you can to increase your own resiliency and support high-integrity, local food producers.

  1. Much thanks for this.

I learned last night that we have a serious livestock breeding issue in our region/country. Over the past decade, various elements of livestock are altered so that every animal is sterile.

Example, on our island, backyard and mid sized farmers buy over 75,000 chicks each spring to raise for meat or eggs. Every chick is sterile. Same is true for piglets.

Of course, it is no different then terminator seeds.

The worst part is those who do have viable breeding stock are dwindling, and the current cost for a breeding rooster is around $25,000.

My friends are actively working with two elderly farmers here that still have breeding stock. With a bit of luck, their goals is to put breeding pairs in as many backyards and barns in the region, as fast as possible, before the legislation gets put in place to stop them.

  2. After the mad scientists at the behest of bean counters counting profits not yet realised, has anybody studied the cost of nature balancing itself? I believe mother earth is an intelligent being, but the way humanity are behaving “her balancing” might be very costly in human lives. I am curious, any serious speculative studies done on this?

    1. I have not come across such studies.
But probably all the destruction that we force upon the environment, boomerangs back to ourselves. The industrial model has depleted soils. Now our bodies lack essential minerals that are the root many health issues. When we pollute the environment, it ends up in the soil, air, water, poisoning plants, animals, our food and bodies. Our weakened health is nature’s communication (rebalancing?) that these practices are not ok.

  3. What a great interview with Elze – again! I love her work.
I wanted to read the entire report and clicked on the link in the description above (which says “available at the Wrap Up web presentation when this interview publishes”), but all I get is a page with the cover photo for the second quarter wrap-up (tried it twice). Am I to early to try to access it? Or is there an issue with the link? Please let me know.
    With great appreciation – Gabriele

    1. Gabriele, the report is available. The link you tried went to the overall Wrap Up site (where you could then click on the report), but now it takes you directly to the report.
