A Short Preview:
“Water is the driving force of all nature.”
~ Leonardo da Vinci
By Catherine Austin Fitts
This week, we continue publication of our 2023 Annual Wrap Up. Dr. Joseph P. Farrell joins me for Part II of News Trends & Stories.
In Part II, Joseph and I focus our attention on our list of 50 unanswered questions, grouped according to the six pillars of the Solari Report’s Building Wealth curriculum. With propaganda, mind control, AI, and false flags ramping up to intense levels, it can be difficult to ascertain what is true; our discussion of unanswered questions can map out the areas to which we should be paying the most attention.
In addition to the unanswered questions, our Part II discussion also focuses on the topic of “great takings”; although it is only recently that this topic has attracted widespread public attention, our list of historical “Takings as of 2023” (at the News Trends & Stories section of the 2023 Annual Wrap Up website) shows that Mr. Global has been “taking” for a long time and in a variety of ways. Paying attention to and pushing back against “takings” achieved through financial digital controls—bank accounts, credit cards, payment systems, and CBDCs—will be one of the Solari Report’s top priorities in 2024. The lengthy list of “takings” to date shows why it is so important that we counteract the so-called “Great Reset” with our own Building Wealth Reset.
On January 23, Ricardo Oskam, Carolyn Betts, and I will present Building Wealth: Where to Stash Your Cash in 2024. The following week, January 30, Tim Caban will join me again for the quarterly Equity Overview. The 2023 Annual Wrap Up will culminate with my interview with Future Science Series host Ulrike Granögger to discuss water, our Wrap Up theme. In our view, understanding water is foundational to building wealth as both living and financial equity.
Money & Markets
In Money & Markets this week, John Titus and I will cover the latest events and discuss the financial and geopolitical trends we are tracking in 2024—and the marvelous pushback rocking and rolling us around the globe. Post questions at the Money & Markets commentary here.

Is it possible for Joseph to reiterate the type of action for the challenge of a writ of execution by the banks for land ownership ? He mentioned quovo warranto, which I cannot find. There is a quo warranto, perhaps that is what he meant? I am dealing with exactly the issue Joseph and Catherine referenced, the banks are without actual standing while the writs are being issued. I have been searching for this answer, and I could not find case law on it. I do not have alot of time. The sooner the better, if you can forward the type.
Wow. What a great wrap up. Thank you both for sharing your brilliance.
I understand Catherine you and Joseph are brilliant but I can not navigate your website. I only paid 375 dollars because I wanted to hear Dr Farrell in the wrap up. I also love John Titus but I am not computer savvy. You think I know how to navigate your website. Not!
If you call Customer Service, or request a call, Darlene can give you a tour. Also recommend the Welcome Page

In the topic of language – and the importance of it. I am listening to “Cultish”, a book about how language is used to control cult followers recommended to me to better grasp coercive control. Part II is interesting – subtly comparing the Johnestown cult to what I would call most ‘controlled opposition’ conspiracy theorists – leaving me to wonder if Jonestown, like Osho, was a CIA experiment to see what people would go for.
Her analysis of language is great – how language gets changed so that the members can no longer – to quote CAF: speak human. She does a great job explaining scientology. She also talks about how keywords create what the algorithm’s show us, and how the algorithms can suck us in. Most importantly in Part I, she references the issues with being labeled ‘a cult’ (vs. a religion) from a legal perspective. In Part 6, she talks about how buzzwords are waking people up using these same cult strategies, slowly pulling people in using the algorithms. … if you can handle the very woke point of view.
I have to give some push back on the music discussion. I love classical, listen to many styles of it. from Bach to Pårt. I was raised on rock, blues, jazz and other ‘simpler’ forms of modern music. as a professional musician i have heard plenty of poorly presented music of the later category, but cannot tell you how many times my ears have been opened to amazing unknown, brand new modern music. part of the problem is there has always been crappy music presented as mainstream (controlled by organizations like radio, record companies, banks, NPR, AOR radio, you name it) and none of it is.
When i was a kid we had to write letters and subscribe to magazines to find the good stuff. Until COVID, if you were in a city or suburb, you went to small alternative venues/shows and there was the internet (and Pirate Bay!), gold was out there.
Now…Spotify? As an analog person, not a fan but there are ways. Just takes some work, if it is actually of interest AND you have the time (ah youth) but there is really amazing new, in touch with the universe/ether music out there.
When i was older and on tour, this was made easier (i’d become admittedly lazy) by taking the time to listen to the opening acts instead of drinking, hanging out backstage, etc!
Wall people off and minimize exposure to you. Paraphrase of Dr. JOS Farrell. The last few years, I have been doing this and NOT feeling guilty. People who are trying to manipulate by either familial or also supposed friendship ties and stating “aren’t you a Christian?”- I have had to set and keep my boundaries against.
When Catherine has talked about through the years doing a time budget…I apply it to “net negative” people that I can not afford to have in my life, because they steal time, energy and mental capacity from me. Thanks so much for all the reminders here and elsewhere on Solari that we MUST stand firm and surround ourselves with excellent people to create families and communities where “win-win-win” scenarios are part of daily life.
Re liturgical texts (around minute 24:00)… couldn’t agree more about keeping hardcopies and helping others to get hardcopies. Thanks for inspring me… I’m going to get extra copies of my faith’s liturgy and prayer books to have on hand to be able to share should there be a need.
A candidate for future unanswered questions:
How credible are ongoing claims of neighborhood-level teams being deployed for surveillance and short-range electronic harassment?
Could competition among global economic factions result in competition between neighborhood-level teams, e.g. economic espionage and defense in commercial and WFH offices?
What can be learned from the history of organized crime territory boundaries (e.g. the movie Gangs of New York) in the modern era of local electronic warfare?
How to defend financial transaction freedom against illegal neighborhood surveillance and on-demand, freelance, deniable teams for physical mischief?
If even a few of these stories are credible, then local defenses will be needed sooner rather than later, before the falling cost of technology expands the market.

Why people are concerned about their Fidelity account and not the other items on The Great Taking list seems simple to me. It’s the “red button” story all over again. These are directly owned assets, highly liquid, and can cashed in or passed on to children. It’s a big savings account with a better yield. These other assets seem nebulous and probably even a far fetched conspiracy theory. The government needs to take its financials dark for purposes of “national security”? No problem. There’s a terrorist around every corner. Of course now with mass immigration, there likely is 🙁
Is the G30 report the beginning of how they are going to take everyones ASSETS, property etc.. https://group30.org/images/uploads/publications/G30_Lessons-23-Crisis_RPT_Final.pdf
Summary i watched here….https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Dme-OwjA04
is thie a tiptoe to stealing assets. ie.. you own nothing and youre .. own nothing.
Note its a suggestion…
Thanks for the great discussion. Thanks for the beautiful description about Italy and the music.

What a mind-boggling and important piece of research you and Carolyn have done on The Takings! It really is ‘the big picture’.
I don’t think I will ever again be able to see the word in the the same way.
What is the motto which Joseph mentions in Latin for ‘do otherwise’. It sounded something like ‘Ali Toofa’.
Catherine do you listen to books on audio while you are driving? It is very hard to find the time to sit down and read a book. Do you use a program that reads the books to you that are enjoyable?
Eunice Wong does a good job for Chris Hedges. An automated read is usually not fun to listen to. Authors would be wise to provide readings of their long articles or books to have them read more often.
I just can’t buy into the Alien narrative. I understand and respect why you and Dr. Farrell have come to his conclusion, but it doesn’t land with me.
Catherine,
thank you so much for this discussion with Joseph. It sparked a few flames in my mind which helped me to understand things a bit more. Especially, towards the end when you both discuss the treaty obligations and the hidden system of finance. Things have just become a bit more clearer to me. Best Christian
Catherine, I like your wrap-ups with Joseph Farrell, but in the recent Part II, please be aware of the error about Lincoln’s address at Gettysburg. It took place in November of 1863, while that dreadful war was barely half-finished. Lee surrendered at Appomattox in April of 1865.
Love it Miss Catherine, the bigger the break down the bigger the break thru
I talk to a lot of people and ask them questions. By far in last 3 years people could not come to the conclusion the gov, military, medical world including doctors and elite were and are as evil as they are. eg many still make excuses for Trump and the doctors. Today most people just see the money sys and gov sys and other systems just limping along but not failing. As dad told me back in the Great Depression the banks just closed. So yes agree with you Catherine they think and feel their money in CDs, checking, pension plan, stocks etc are good and provide security…………so they just keep living life as it will just all keep going. Maybe 1 to 5 percent think otherwise and know the systems are going to fail or just lock up. You have warned so very much but oh so many are still of the mind set all will just keep on rolling along……..many believing Trump will save them and the country. So keep shinning your light Miss Catherin a few wake up every day. I met another Solari Subscriber the other day…….always sweet when I do. It may take the financial sys locking up, banks closing, no access to stocks etc or bullets whizzing by peoples heads to wake them up fully. All the military age men who have crossed the border are not going to be farmers.
What has inspired me in the last year. You Miss Catherine and reading Steiner.
Fantastic News Trends and Annual Wrap up! Looking forward to the coming year as well.
🙂
“O, what a tangled web we weave when first we practise to deceive!” from Walter Scott’s play “Marmion” but used by Shakespeare in Macbeth.
You asked in this YE review – why people cannot figure out or relate to what is going on when presented with evidence – don’t seem to have critical thinking ability and present some theories. BUT I thought that is what the book “The Indoctrinated Brain” and Solari interview with Dr. Michael Nehls answered. Why wasn’t this introduced into your discussion as a possibility? Big gap?
Had not been published when we recorded.
archive.org is a great site that you can download free books, movies, newspapers etc. The man that started the site has the same concerns that you do about the original books being edited or changed. You can also help by uploading data into the site.
I have used this site for years and have downloaded many, many books. Now however, most books must be checked out like a library loan and are not available for download. Seems nefarious to me.
The state bird in Northern Virginia is the crane on I66.
Another prolific writer that could be an interesting read after Robert Temple’s “A new science of heaven” and Joseph P. Farrell’s “The Demon in the Ekur” is Nick Redfern’s little book “Final Events”. It is about a US Government thinktank that came to the conclusion that many of the phenominon has a much darker and far more ominous origins. Putting it succinct, what could “plasma intelligence” be up to?

On the language agenda, am I the only one who has a soul shudder every time someone says “Have a good one”?
Almost like “Be seeing you” from The Prisoner.
Does anyone have a countertop water filter they’d recommend? I was looking at Berkey, but am having trouble discerning the EPA attacks on the brand.
Thanks in advance!
I use Nature’s Spring for RO. They are hard to find, however. There are countertop RO filters from other manufacturers, however, I suggest you look at the reviews on Amazon. While I typically don’t purchase there, the reviews are excellent.
Also, consider using a countertop that makes distilled water, which is pure. The idea that somehow a person should get minerals from water is rejected by many doctors as there aren’t enough for human needs and, because they aren’t in a form the body can use, makes them useless anyhow. We get our minerals from food in a bioaccessible form. There are claims it helps the body remove various toxins. I started using it several days ago and a certain painful condition I have had from some time seems to be clearing up.

We use the Berkey. Like it even more when I hear the government aka EPA attacking it. Go Berkey.
Lol. Go Berkey! Thanks Lizzie
We’ve been using an AQUATru for the past few months and seems fine.
Thanks, Denis.
We’ve enjoyed using a Berkey to filter our rain barrel water for the past two years.
Helpful to know it works in this setting. Thanks!
I like Berkey but I don’t think you can get one right now. Look at Alexa Pure just make sure it will filter creek water.
Thanks, Jimmy.
I like Clearly Filtered. Expensive filters. Great tasting water.
Thanks, L!

includes 2 filters and is compatible with a range of standard filters, including Berkey, ProOne (UK) & others.
