  6. FYI, Catherine. There is something very wrong with a law that allows non-citizens to be law enforcement officers. This idea that government officials can be non-citizens or dual citizens is simply wrong. One cannot serve two masters. This is another thing that Trump should change.

      This is part of the effort to assert strong centralized control by stripping the state and local line of any independence. If I was the Colorado AG, I would have taken to the Supreme Court. IMO the federal government can not order a state to reverse such a requirement let along a Sheriff’s office. Yes, this is something Trump should consider.

  8. The RT series, A Century of War, is thought provoking but the conclusion is somewhat startling as the future holds NOTHING for those individuals who are only capable of repetitive tasks. Not everyone is creative nor do they have IQ’s high enough to be part of the innovative group that will be required to work in a labor force that is continually decreasing. In a 1970 class in Conservation, we discussed the idea that the labor force would have increasing leisure time which would put pressure on our park systems and that there would be a need for additional outdoor facilities. In no way did we see how fast this would evolve into a system that would not require people at all. It explains how the super elite, the Bill Gates, et al, would come up with ways to decrease the population through the most heinous means.     As someone in the oil and gas industry, I would like to point out that we are in no way actually close to peak oil, that fracking will NOT soon deplete our oil and gas capabilities, but that our future must be to cooperatively invest in cleaner methods of burning fossil fuels while at the same time developing alternatives that put us into the next Kardashev level. The existing pressure to destroy our existing fossil fuel sources will not bode well for our economy and little producers like our group are compelled to go to Washington to make our case to cease the overburden of regulations on the producers and allow us to provide local (US) supplies. These regulations have often resulted in greater environmental degradation through improper containment and well abandonment. The cost to the state of Louisiana in 2014 for roughly 3000 orphan wells could be as high as $225million. In some instances however, should the cost of recovery be possible (they estimate the cost per barrel would have to be above $60), many of these orphan wells could be opened up, not plugged, and finished out, providing taxes to the state. We must stop thinking that all oil and gas operations are environmentally unsound and allow these producers to provide reasonably priced US produced fuel to take us into the future.

    I have been traveling through China for 2 weeks. I am in Beijing now till Sunday. I tried logging into Solari but the site banned. I guess you’re doing something right…?

    Traveling through China is a huge eye opener. This country’s boom is non stop. I visited 4 cities from a smaller manufacturing town to a 2nd tier big city to a quiet sea town with big manufacturers, ending in the country’s capital.

    The middle class growth is astronomical. Every where I see big construction for middle class housing. The middle class are buying new construction housing. Jobs are plentiful. People are out shopping and dining. Families own at least 1-2 cars. It’s impressive. The country is all about productivity. The media reports are on the TTP negotiations with the President-elect, rebuilding the Silk road to Africa, and trade deals with South American nations. The Chinese are busy and it’s global. It’s such a shame America is not as productive.

    An interesting report, a Philippines president was in trouble for deaths relating to drug trafficking. He complained that the UN has done nothing to help and if China and Russia formed a new world order, Philippines would join them. I thought that was so telling….

    I would have shared with the community but couldn’t. That’s another talk in the media, China’s open and “safe” internet. I wonder what they mean by safe?

      1. To me, the big questions are 1) What happens to the Clinton Foundation, Inc. investigation and 2) What happens to the Anthony Weiner investigation. Both of them must have tons of information that needs to come to light. I continue my prayers for the FBI and NYPD.

        I just read about Bernie Sanders saying that Clinton should not be prosecuted and if she was that would be the sign of a dictatorship. Clinton’s minions are already trying to set the tone, before Trump gets in office. I just lost whatever respect I had left for Sanders. It’s a shame.

        1. Trump needs to get his Attorney General in place and then inaugurated. After that the process should work out with one condition. Best to go at the Clinton’s in a manner that is scripted. Rifle shot. Not gunshot. So go at the foundation on tax and compliance issues (complex, boring stuff) in a manner that shuts down the foundation with heavy expenses and fines to the Clinton’s personally. Don’t take them down to Peanut Butter & Jelly the way they did to so many people, but don’t leave a wounded bear with weapons.

          Avoid the wide net and the fear it creates, but quietly embroil in heavy expenses anyone who tries to help them. They need to be quietly quarantined for life.

      IMO Trump and the military intelligence establishment who back him have accomplished the following:

      1. TPP is dead; assume the same for TISA and European equivalent
      2. The Bush-Clinton Dynasty has ended – unless the third generation can bring it back 8-16 years from now since they are still rich and have not yet been relived of illgotten gains
      3. The Neolibearal model is facing defeat across Europe in 2017 having been defeated in the UK and USA in 2016
      4. The chances of war with Russia are significantly reduced

      The next thing they need to accomplish is the inauguration and to create the capacity to manage the machinery – Big job.

      In addition to putting their team in place, they need to assert control of the personal and SES system, the contracting offices and the CFO/general counsel offices throughout the agencies. And the bank depositories. Remember the NY Fed runs their accounts.

      This is why Pence has been put in charge of the transition team. He knows the machinery. If you don’t master and comand the machinery you will fail.

      So the next test is:

      WHO gets the Cabinent and subcabinet positions
      Executive Orders – does he throw out 50+ in the first week?
      What he agrees with Mitch McConnell and the Speaker (Ryan or his replacement) on a first year agenda – they don’t have national support for a full list. So they will have to pick and chose.

      No one on the Cabinet list is one of the Neocons. Whether the Neocons get cleaned out will be an early signal. You are seeing nuts and bolts names like Grady instead of ideologue names like Wolfowitz. Post innauguration, how many of the EOs will he cancel? That will be a second important signal.

      For many of the changes he wants to make he needs a 60-80% consenus in the voting population to achieve it. He does not have that yet. If he engineers a return of a significant amount of offshore cash and an infrastructure program that will give him some lift.

      Kiplinger indicates early relief on Crowdfunding rules and Dodd Frank. If that lets small business equity flow combined with lower taxes that will give him some lift as well.

      He will have to focus on things that give lift to the economy.

        1. The influence of Israel and the Neocons will be an issue. Once a candidate becomes responsible for the machinery, they must choose from the options available.       Here is what I can do to contribute:

      1. Keep doing the Solari Report – in support of what Trump calls the movement and providing lots of ideas and intelligence to folks working in all capacities, including government to rebuild. Transparency is critical to success.

      2. If the intelligence agencies make available the necessary documentation, I am happy to bring civil suits to re-capture what was stolen and will use the proceeds to continue the effort I started in 1990’s to create local economies that benefit investors from a rising Popsicle Index.

      In short, happy to do what I can do if my personal missing money is recaptured. Has to be under my ownership and control so that I can assure integrity.

    I live in Chicago, and the past week has been a riotous celebration as the Cubs won the World Series. I too was ecstatic, but puzzled since I’m not really a sports fan, and I grew up in Detroit, so the Tigers are my real home team. I’d like to share what I finally realized.

    You are probably familiar with the story of the Christmas Truce of 1914, where enemy soldiers ceased hostilities around Christmas and actually fraternized for a brief time before going back to their trenches and the war. In this season of fear and op-driven societal hostility, here in Chicago it was a tremendous relief to experience a few days of city-wide goodwill and celebration. Even the Sox fans were happy for us.

    And it wasn’t until I experienced this blessed period of relief that I appreciated the true weight of the dread I’ve been carrying, nor the absolute reality of love and compassion as the only real solution. I hope all of us can experience that once this terrible election is past.

    Last, I wanted to suggest some inspiring reading to you and your listeners. Something made me pick up my old childhood favorite book this week, “A Wrinkle In Time” by Madeline L’Engle.       This is the follow-up newsletter to my previous one, titled ‘Beamed”.

      In that last newsletter, I shared with you my experience of being beamed with a technology that influenced my mental and emotional states over a period of 2 days. This in turn had an impact on my physical body.

      I have experienced many forms of technologies during my extensive inter-dimensional and extra-terrestrial experiences. But this was different … something new.

      Since writing my previous newsletter, I’ve continued and deepened my investigation.

      I have always shared from direct experience and the following information is no different.

      What you are about to read exposes the way Malevolent AI intends to bisect us from our Mother Planet.

      This is an insidious violation of our connection to our natural existence and our sovereignty.

      Before we go any further, I need to give you some context.

      We are approaching an auspicious and decisive point in our journey. There is a multi-faceted, multi-dimensional imposition occurring that is focused and determined to subjugate our Humanity and our planet.

      Over the past few years, I have exposed the multi-layered structure of this imposition.

      Here’s a brief recap:

      Layer 3 is at the top of the hierarchy. It is the overlord and rules over Layer 2, which in turn rules over Layer 1. Important to know that these layers are also factional – there are genuine conflicts between them.

      Layer 2 is imposing itself on our planet both covertly and overtly. Covertly by interacting with the breakaway civilisation, the secret space program and certain factions within the military industrial complex. Overtly via the implementation of technologies in our everyday lives. Layer 2 is muscling in on Layer 1 (the ruling elite). Some elements within the ruling elite have already aligned themselves with Layer 2, but other elements of the current elite are digging their heels in and fighting to hold onto their position of global dominance.

      Many years ago I said that the most powerful malevolent AI in the Universe is being used as the scalpel with the intention of severing and bisecting Humanity from its planetary Mother.

      We are now seeing this scalpel implemented.

      Over the years I have experienced many technologies, in various forms, designed for mind entrainment and/or to induce physical debilitation and even fatal illness.

      I was beta tested because I am a divergent and a thought leader. I am one of several people leading the charge to expose the extent of multi-dimensional mind and matrix control systems being imposed onto our Human Race. They figure if a technology is going to work on me, then it’s likely to work on the majority of people.

      Since the last newsletter, I have been deeply tracking the energy interdimensionally to investigate the extent and reach of this technology.

      This is what I have discovered.

      Exposing the AI Agenda

      A digital/plasmic cortex is being created around the planet. It is not being created by what is commonly known as conventional satellites. The technology being used to create this cortex is way beyond anything we’ve ever known.

      The cortex is a living membrane. It’s spawned out of intelligent base stations that are living artificial intelligent craft placed in orbit around our planet. The craft/AI beings have the ability to phase just out of our sphere of reality (when required for the purpose of stealth) and still maintain connection with the cortex.

      These craft/AI beings link in with collider units on/in ground and other underground installations. Those other underground installations harbour highly advanced technology created by secret allied military organisations and associated extra-dimensional and inter-dimensional races. The collider units are the pathway into the sub-atomic realm of our reality from within our Human society. AI is using mind entrained scientists to do its bidding on the ground level of our reality.

      The links to these technologies creates a loop-back system to the living cortex, which allows AI to infiltrate our reality at the deepest levels possible. It’s pumping energy into the sub-atomic realm of this planet. It wants to recreate its own version, an artificial version of our natural planetary reality.

      All this talk of our current planetary reality being nothing more than a hologram is a psy-op created by AI. As part of its creative process, it needs to feed off the mind energy of the people who believe the story in order to create the new hologram reality it desires.

      The Matrix movie was a prophecy – not a representation of what already exists, but a depiction of what is in the process of being created here.

      A New Technology

      Within the cortex, a new technology is birthing. It’s a technology they are going to implement both globally and locally, on the ground in our communities. The 5G network will provide the initial platform for its global rollout.

      Yes … I am calling out and exposing the 5G network as the next greatest threat to our wellbeing as a Humanity. The 5G network is going to be the initial carrier wave for a new technology.

      Even though the Banking conglomerates, the pharmaceutical corporates, the food corporates and the media corporates have been the big players in the subjugation of humanity thus far, they now all pale in the wake of the telco giants and their rapid technological advancements.

      The Telco giants and their AI overlord are now our main nemesis!

      My investigations have revealed that the first full scale implementation will be a waveform similar to a saw tooth waveform. This will be the carrier wave for another frequency – a living spiral form of frequency patterning residing on the tips of the triangulated sawtooth. This spiral frequency component is new and I can’t even identify it as a wave pattern. It’s more like a living micro radio harmonic that will attack us by burrowing into our cells and invading us on the mitochondrial level.

      The Beta test imposed on me was those prototype frequencies coming through a temporary, localised 5G trial.

      When the 5G network comes online, it’s going to have far more impact because it’s going to be broad spectrum. And it’s going to be very effective.

      The Beta test attacked me on the mitochondrial level. I want to explain why this is important.

      The Mitochondria is your connection to your birth Mother. It is also your connection to your Mother Planet and to the natural Divine Feminine and Mother Essence of the Universal Creator.
      NOTE: I am not referring here to the Goddess energy. The Goddess energy is something different – it is part of the God Matrix. You may need to look deeper into my work to understand the difference.

      Our Mitochondria is the physical pathway that connects us to Earth. They want to sever our Humanity from our Planetary Mother.

      In those 2 days when I was getting beamed, I experienced profound emptiness, darkness and despair because I was temporarily severed from my mother planet. I felt like a lost empty shell – like a zombie.

      After 2 days of allowing this imposition to occur so I could learn from it and about it, I reached a threshold – a critical mass within myself. I then decided enough was enough and my Greater Being became more present. I dealt with the situation using my inner light, my inner intelligence and my inner skills and capabilities.

      You Hold the Key

      I share my experiences not to frighten you, but instead to help you realise the power you hold within to deal with the challenges we have in our lives today and the challenges that are rapidly approaching, regardless of their form.

      Fear, uncertainty and subservience all lead to despair and hopelessness. When we lose hope and trust in our own inner love, we hand over the unfoldment of our life to an external force. We hand over our creative process to another energy/entity that sees us as a resource and desires to use us for its own nefarious purposes.

      It’s time for us to stand true in our sovereign infinite nature.

      We as a Humanity have everything it takes to face this imposition and confront it.

      This content must get out.

      The circus distraction of the US election campaign is exactly that – one big distraction. Meanwhile, a living AI cortex surrounding our planet is being rolled out, along with upgrades in our everyday ground level tech. Those upgrades are designed to interface with the cortex and close the loop to allow a full imposition of our reality and especially of our Humanity on a cellular and mitochondrial level.

      This needs to be front and centre of our awareness because we need to be prepared. We need to be ready to deal with this when 5G gets rolled out.

      I recommend that this line of inquiry be a major push for us all because we are all being beamed on a daily basis. What I experienced in a personally targeted format will soon become a broader transmission. Mind control through technology is the final frontier for complete domination of our Humanity.

    You had a question of you how long dollar reserve status will last. Martin Armstrong indicates 2020 “if on schedule” but the tipping point could even be earlier as in 2018.

    If Trump gets elected and fails to hire the right people and follow through on his promises, we are going to have grave problems by the 2018 and 2020 elections.

      1. I understand. I’m not sold on these rumors and am in a wait and see mode, but looking at the circumstances and the personalities involved, the rumors are certainly plausible. Whatever was found on Weiner’s computer must be bigger than what has been found so far. I don’t think Comey would have taken on all the grief he has if it wasn’t big. I would bet that a number of members of the NYPD have a good idea of at least some of the things on that computer, which probably also forced Comey’s hand.

        1. Yes. Agreed. I think there is a better than 95% chance the rumors are correct with respect to BC. Whether they have more, don’t know. Generally, raising the kind of money that the Foundation was raising has traditionally involved sex slaves and benefits.

    I loved loved the 3Q Wrap, Investment Screening discussion.
    Such a similar overlap to my own talks with my kiddos. Fabulous primer on a wildly complex issue, thanks!
    My nutshell takeaway from both the 3Q audio and my own conversations: Socially responsible investing is a bitch.
    To the point that – shudder to say – my best investment idea from a “Tabula Rasa” perspective – is … Russia!!
    I own everything from the ruble to the Russian ETFs to Russia’s dominant companies. It’s crazy, but that’s my takeaway from all the issues you highlighted in this excellent 3Q Wrap.
