“The law? The law? I don’t have to obey the law. I report to a higher moral authority.”
~ Jack Kemp as Secretary of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) in 1990
explaining why it was not necessary for HUD to obey U.S. law

By Catherine Austin Fitts

After 21 years of watching $21+ trillion go missing from U.S. federal accounts at HUD and the Department of Defense (DOD), I am often asked, “Where did the money go and how do we get it back?”

While the government has documented the money missing from these two federal agencies through fiscal 2015—and thus the documented violations of the Constitution related to financial accounts and disclosure as well as financial management laws—it has not published accounts of where the money went, who has those resources, and how it was reinvested or spent. Consequently, it is perfectly natural for us to engage in high-octane speculation, starting with asking questions about who stole it, how they did it, and who has the missing money or related assets. Who is liable? If money was laundered in or through DOD accounts from foreign wars or the Afghanistan central bank, we have no way of knowing.

  1. Catherine,
interesting and stimulating article. I superficially read over it, will get to it in depth, though. So, Brexit happened because ECB and German regulators wanted to investigate the British offshore tax havens and the City of London rather than robbing them? That is an intriguing point that deserves a closer look. Thanks

    1. I believe that was a factor – no hard evidence behind it. Just intuition from watching the financial tea leaves.

  2. Catherine seems to
me if you would put together a find that invests in companies that are part of the cartel you could help the average person take advantage of this evidence

  3. The BIS building looks suspiciously like an industrial version of the Devil’s Tower in Wyoming…makes one wonder if there is a helipad on top of the building!

  4. This is our roadmap to recover the missing money. With the recent obtuse “Inflation Reduction Act” authorizing billions for the IRS Americans can no longer dismiss taxation without representation. What is it about Switzerland? I was trying to research where this immunity and neutrality originated, it’s like an “off shore, on shore” base for nefarious organizations like the WEF, etc. Who selected Switzerland and established these laws, it’s always been a base for the untouchable lords of war like Allen Dulles. I will post the question in “Ask Catherine.” The US has been subjected to one big leveraged buyout since FED chair Volcker stated in 1979 “we must lower the standard of living of the US”. I was 25 when I heard that shocking statement and slowly watched my hometown of Buffalo, NY become void and empty of all it’s thousands of small Mom and Pop family businesses dotting every street. It broke my heart and you explained it to me this past decade plus. It began with Walmart and franchises vacuuming up millions of small local business and restaurants back then, when the economic warfare began. Thanks.

    1. And I will take my $65K in gold and silver please. Thanks Agustín. Good luck exercising “absolute control” over that expression of liability.

  5. What a wonderful, detailed article, Catherine! Thanks for taking the time to do this, and thanks also for making this available to the public, as I am forwarding this on to many people.
